Housewarming

This project began in fall 2021 when I put out a mutual aid call offering miniatures ranging from $60-200 in order to help raise funds to move to a new apartment. I was delightedly overwhelmed with requests, and split the commissions into two “batches” written from fall 2021 to fall 2022. It was a unique experience to get to write for people who have never commissioned work before; who do not perform regularly; and to write several pieces that were given as holiday gifts to loved ones.
